MY METHOD EXPLAINED:

My method follows a three-tiered system - Kettlebell strength, calisthenics & mobility.

Once a member, you will automatically gain access to ALL programs, challenges, workouts, exercise library, nutrition guides & wellness/learning space.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS & what to expect

The program is split into three phases: Foundation - Build - Sculpt

Each phase has it's own purpose to take you from complete beginner, to strong, sculpted & confident.

  • 6 Workouts per week

  • Each phase is 4 weeks long

  • Each week the are designed to workouts progress to ensure you grow & get results.

  • 20-30 min follow along workouts at home

  • Only a kettlebell required

I know how well this method works because I personally trained this way after giving birth to my son in 2025..

 It has helped me build back strength, toned muscle and lose a little excess fat (alongside a nutritious diet).
