Hey there, welcome to Jenna Collins Fitness!

I’m Jenna and I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach.​

I help people all over the world lose fat, sculpt muscle and build a strong functional physique through short home workouts and simple, sustainable nutrition habits.

​

No gym or clunky machines, just your body weight and a kettlebell/dumbbell.

​

​Maintaining my fitness and health (mentally, emotionally and physically) has always been priority of mine.

​I leave out all the fluff and give it to you as direct and simple as possible, while still helping you understand fitness and nutrition to a level that you can take full control of it yourself, without my help.

​

Lets rewind a little...

I clearly haven't always had this knowledge, or lifestyle. I too was once a beginner.

​

​It it took me years of failures and misleading information to finally understand all the things I was doing wrong.​​

​

Achieving optimal health should be kept as simple as possible, while still being able to enjoy all the foods you love.

​

Fast forward to present time, I’ve created the CaliFit Body Method that combines calisthenics, kettlebell strength & Pilates/mobility.

​

This is functional training at its best. My method helps you build strength you actually use daily, sculpted muscle without the bulk and a mobile physique that will allow you to train hard for year to come!

​

I'm so confident about this method because I personally train this way and have never felt better.

​

In 4 years I have grown my Youtube channel to over 530k subscribers by providing short home workout routines and health & fitness education.

​

I decided it was time to streamline it all for you, which is how CaliFit Studio app come about.

​Here's the thing, no two health & fitness journeys will be the same.

​

The best piece of advice I can give you, whether you're just getting started or you've been battling for years, is that you must see it as a lifestyle change and not a short term challenge.

​

A challenge has an end to it, and this is setting you up for failure.

​

A lifestyle change is embracing new healthy habits, building discipline, patience and consistency, all while enjoying the process.

​

 It's you're new reality, and one that can only unlock a better life.
