Welcome to the 12 Week CaliFit Body Method! This is a structured, follow along training program designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and sculpt a lean, functional physique.

 

Combining calisthenics, kettlebell strength, and Pilates - this is a training system made up of three four-week progressive phases packaged into short, dynamic home workouts.

This is a full 12 week training method designed to help you:

 

👉 Build lean, functional muscle and strength that's actually useful

👉 Sculpt muscle without the bulk

👉 Increase metabolism

👉 Save time - no long drawn out gym sessions, no guesswork

 

You have three phases - Foundation, Build & Sculpt.

 

Each phase builds on the last, combining calisthenics, kettlebell strength, and one day per week of Pilates. All short, follow along workouts, guided by me.

 

I know how well this method works because I personally trained this way over the past 6 months after having my son.

 

It has helped me build back strength, toned muscle and lose a little excess fat (alongside a nutritious diet). 

Disclaimer: This is not a postpartum program. I know my own body and what i'm capable of. I took it slow and adjusted my training as necessary. If you are postpartum, please check with your doctor before starting any program.
