Here you will receive a weekly workout schedule consisting of 6 different workouts to follow during the week, Monday-Sunday. You will also get some bonus ab training to do ideally 2 times per week on any days you choose. They will be a combination of low impact HIIT, Strength training, Wall Pilates, Pilates & Abs/core. Some of the workouts will require the use of dumbbells. Ideally, I advise you to have 3 sets of dumbbells, one light, one medium and one heavier. At the end of each week the workouts will change with a fresh new schedule for the new week!
